LASAGNA

is Maggie’s creation serving 4+. Everything is made in house from the pasta, the sauce and the salsiccia in the sauce for $24. Bake covered at 400° approx. 1 hour or until “bubbly” at edges. Uncover and bake 10-15 minutes longer until the top is golden brown. Remove from oven and rest 20 minutes before serving.

makes 4-6 generous sandwiches and is in our BBQ sauce. Smoked in house with *Piccadilly* pork rub $20. Bake at 375° covered to 165° internal temperature approx. 35-45 minutes.
MEATLOAF

famous for large portions, these 2 slices can serve up to 4. Smothered with beef gravy $20. From frozen bake covered in a 350° oven for 45-60 minutes to 165° internal temperature. Less time is needed if the meal is thawed.
ENCHILADAS
